World Map Window Installation

Innovative use of materials.

This massive window installation was created during COP 26 (October 2021) and measured just under 2m in diameter. Created in collaboration with Rosie Butler,  this piece was made of chicken wire and tissue paper. It was originally conceived as a short-term temporary installation  for the Christmas season but was kept in place until September 2022. When it was taken down, the chicken wire  and fairy lights were stored to be reused for future

installations and

the tissue paper was reused as stuffing

for a footstool.  The installation was visible from a distance and drew positive comments from people in the community.
